Your right to return

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

How to return

  1. Email billionerstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

Condition of items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. We may reduce the refund if an item shows wear beyond what is needed to check it.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending a return back to us is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it back). The original standard shipping cost is refunded when you return your whole order.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we will help you swap it, subject to availability.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. Your legal rights under EU consumer law are not affected.
