These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by BILLIONER STUDIO (Italy). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We do our best to show products accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Promotions (such as the JS Tracksuit full-set price) apply only while they are shown on the site and are applied automatically in the cart.

2. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item becomes unavailable; in that case you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo).

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to BILLIONER STUDIO or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
